Get roofing quotes in Los Alamitos
Three questions about the roof, then how to reach you. No provider is taking requests through this service yet, so your request joins a waiting list and goes to no company until you say yes to one by name.

It takes about a minute.
You are on the list.
No provider in Los Alamitos is taking requests through this service yet. We are lining them up, and yours is kept until one can.
- Nobody gets your details yet. Your request stays with us and is not passed to any company.
- One email when someone can help. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and ask whether you want that company, by name, to contact you.
- Deleted after 90 days. If nobody can take it on, or you do not say yes, your contact details are deleted 90 days after your request.
- You decide, or you do not. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay us.
Nobody will call you about this request unless you say yes to a company by name.

Three steps, about a minute
The whole thing is a form and a routing rule. What happens after it is contractors, on the phone, today.
Answer three questions
What kind of home it is, when you want the work done, and how you are hoping to pay. Then the address, and how to reach you. That is the whole thingvolved. No essays.
We match it locally
Your request goes to contractors who actually work Los Alamitos and the surrounding area, filtered by the kind of job it is.
We keep it until someone can help
Nobody gets your details yet. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and you decide.

Your details stay put. They go to the matched contractors and nowhere else. Never a mailing list.
Three, and no more. Enough to compare properly, few enough that your phone stays usable.
You are not committing to anything. Take the numbers, use them, and walk away if you like.
Before you start
Are you a roofing company?
No. Los Alamitos Cornerstone Roofing is a free matching service. We do not hold a roofing licence, we do not employ crews, and we never come to your house. We pass your request to independent local contractors who do the work and who you hire directly.
Why does ventilation keep coming up?
Because a badly ventilated attic cooks the roof from underneath and takes years off it. Intake at the eaves and exhaust at the ridge, in balance. It is cheap during a re-roof and awkward afterwards.
What if the decking is rotten underneath?
Some of it usually is. The important thing is that the price per sheet is agreed in writing before the tear-off, so the conversation on day two is about quantity rather than rate.
Do I have to hire anyone?
Not at all. Plenty of people use this to find out what a job costs and then do nothing for a year. That is a perfectly reasonable outcome.
Does being near the ocean change what goes on the roof?
Considerably. Salt air corrodes anything ferrous, so fasteners, valley metal, vent collars, flashing and gutter hangers should be specified for coastal exposure — stainless or heavy-gauge coated, not plain galvanised. The covering usually outlives the metal holding it down.
I rent. Can I use this?
You can submit it, but the owner has to authorise any work, so the useful move is to get the landlord to make the request or to give you permission in writing first. Contractors will not start work for a tenant.
Why not just search and call three companies?
Faster than ringing round
The awkward part of getting quotes is the fifth phone call, not the first. This does that part once.
You stay in control
You hire the contractor directly, on your terms. We are not a party to the contract and we take no cut of the job.
